Physical Products (Books & Merchandise)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Digital Products (Downloads, E-books, Music, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been delivered or accessed.
If you experience any issues with your digital product, please contact us — we’re happy to help resolve technical problems or provide a replacement if needed.

Events or Services 
If you purchase access to an event, class, or digital service and need to cancel, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance. Refund eligibility will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
